Every 60-minute session follows a proven structure — designed from professional training curriculums and maximum development.

Warm-Up & Activation

Dynamic Warmup, Plyometrics, Band Work, Bosu Ball Integration, Warmup Touches, Footwork, Speed and Agility.

Technical Circuit

High level training circuit featuring advanced passing, receiving, scanning and dribbling exercises. Designed to maximize touches, increase game-speed decision making, and push players outside their comfort zone in a challenging, professional training circuit.

Shooting

Converting chances into goals through intense repetition and professional-level finishing drills. Players work on shot selection, technique, first-time finishing, movement off the ball, and scoring in game-speed situations to become more clinical in front of goal.
